When my wife and I have moved in the past, we have usually would meet whichever Realtor was selling the house we were interested in and would then in turn have them as our realtor. We went to see an open house for a certain high profile realtor in town, but ended up not even meeting that realtor. Instead, we were fortunate enough to meet Scott who was covering. Immediately after talking with Scott about the house (which we decided wasn't for us) we met with him further to not only discuss other homes to look at, but also about selling our home.

I was immediately impressed not only by his vast knowledge of the business and the Barrie area real estate market, but also with his can do attitude. Scott blew us away with his presentation and his way of making the whole transaction painless for us. He provided the most up to date info on each house we were interested in going to view and was able to meet our times on when we wanted to see them.
